The Advanced Elastomer Systems (AES) Building stands as a distinguished example of adaptive reuse, transforming the former BF Goodrich Building #41, an industrial facility, into a modern office environment. This project thoughtfully balances the preservation of the building’s original character with contemporary design interventions to meet current workplace needs.
