The AVON “Old Schoolhouse” Retrofit transforms a historically structured, multi-use retail environment through sensitive adaptive reuse. The existing masonry façade, characterized by traditional brickwork and symmetrical window placement, was preserved and restored to maintain the building’s historic integrity. Interior renovations prioritized spatial flexibility while honoring the building’s legacy.
