The Avon Starbucks & Retail project is a newly constructed, single-story multi-tenant retail building designed to house a national Starbucks café with a drive-thru, as well as additional tenant suites for retail or food service use. The building’s architecture embraces a modern, clean aesthetic that reflects national branding standards while maintaining a contextual sensitivity to the surrounding suburban environment. A combination of high-performance glass, masonry veneer, and contemporary cementitious panel systems form the exterior envelope, offering both durability and visual interest.
