This project involved partial demolition of a larger 11,210 sq. ft. vacant restaurant building and the complete renovation and remodel for a New First Watch restaurant, located at 5075 Dressler Rd NW in Belden Village. The new design features a clean, modern façade utilizing earth-tone stone veneer and light stucco appearance with metal trim. The new entrance is accentuated by a tall, defined main tower element. Large storefront glass on opposite sides flood the interior with natural light. A large, covered exterior dining area was also added to the East façade facing Dressler Rd.
