BELDEN GLASS TOWER

The exterior restoration of this building involved coating the lower masonry walls with a special medium gray masonry paint, and adding architectural metal accents around the second floor level curtainwall glazing mullions to give the tower a new modernized and updated appearance. Portal Associates has also done many interior space layouts and designs for multiple building tenants throughout its 8 floors.
