BELDEN GLASS TOWER

The Belden Glass Tower, a prominent mid-century modern commercial building. The exterior design intent focuses on restoring and reimagining the building’s signature glass curtain wall. The original single-glazed glass system is being replaced with a high-performance, insulated glazing unit (IGU) system featuring low-emissivity coatings to increase thermal efficiency and reduce glare while preserving the reflective clarity of the original design. The primary entry at street level is redesigned with frameless glass doors, a custom canopy with integrated lighting, and ADA-compliant access ramps, creating a welcoming and inclusive threshold.
